WHAT IS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?

Hats, lighters, mobile phones, sunglasses, cigarettes, raincoats, eye drops for contact lenses,prescription drugs, Insulin (with diabetics booklet and personal I.D. document)

All the participants have to pass through a security check at the entrance. If they refuse, their access will be denied.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?

Binoculars, drugs, no bags, no backpacks, no rucksacks, long chains or spikes of any nature, no blankets or umbrellas, weapons of any kind or any glass, no professional cameras, iPads, video cameras, audio recorders, selfie sticks or drones, objects that can be used as projectiles such as glow sticks, balls, frisbees, fireworks, bottles and cans, alcohol, food, pets, sprays

  1. REGULATIONS

Present Termes and Conditions is an open agreement between the Promoter and the Participant.The Participant acknowledges that the Promoter reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions. Any and all modifications shall be published on the event’s website www.alive-romania.ro, and at the entrance on the festival grounds. Any modification of Terms and Conditions shall be applicable immediately. By purchasing a ticket The Participants declare they recognize and they shall observe the present Terms and Conditions. The Promoter assures The Participants that by purchasing a valid ticket (regardless of the method of purchase) they are entitled to participate at the Event.

3 TYPES OF TICKETS

1.TYPES OF TICKETS

1.1 There are 2 types of tickets: tickets purchased from BILETE.RO Network, tickets purchased online though bilete.ro system.

1.2. Children under the age of 7 years old are not allowed due to nature of the special effects and the “loud noises” produced during the show.

Minors under the age of 14 must own a valid ticket and must be accompanied by and adult at all times. One adult can accompany only one minor under the age of 14 at a time.

Per request of the security staff, organizers or any of the authorized personnel, the accompanying adult must own and present any identification (school ID, passport - with picture) that can confirm the accompanied minor’s age. The organizer recommends that minors under the age of 14 do not attend this show.
Minors between the ages of 14-18 years old can attend the concert with a valid ticket and with a valid ID Card and/or Passport issued in their name.

Information regarding people with disabilities:

People with disabilities can take part at the event, and are not subject to payment, based on the availability of free seats in this category. To take part at this event, people with disabilities must make a written solicitation (also please attach an official medical certificate, an ID card and the personal assistants ID card accompanying you to the event ) to the following e-mail address: info@concertnationalarena.ro before 01.06.2017.

There will be a special area designated by the organizer which can serve up to 52 seats for disabled people and their personal assistants.

IMPORTANT! It is strictly prohibited to sell or purchase overpriced tickets/invites. The Promoter reserves the right     to prohibit access on the concert arena  to people found to be caring out such activities and to confiscate the invitations and tickets in their possession.

EVENT DETAILS

  1. ENTRY

1.1. Entry is granted only though specially designated areas.  All event participants will carry identification.

1.2.Upon entry on the arena, the participant shall take notice of the present Regulation, displayed in a visible place. Access with the following objects inside the arena is prohibited: drugs, pyrotechnics devices, glass, striking or cutting devices, umbrellas, explosives, toxic and flammable materials or any other objects which can cause harm to others. According to the laws in force, The Participant is prohibited to bring the following objects inside the Event grounds: knives, gas sprays, metal chains longer or any other objects which are unsafe to public security. The Participant is not authorized to bring any alcoholic beverages on Event grounds. Liquid  and food of any kind cannot be introduced on the Arena.

1.3.The Participant shall take part in the event by their own accord and shall take full responsibility for themselves, including the following: Participants who suffer from known mental or physical illness for which crowded areas, loud noises, special audio and visual effects are considered a risk, shall assume all liability for any damage that they might suffer there as. The show can include powerful lighting effects that could harm children or epileptic people. The Promoter informs the Participant that during the event fireworks shows might be organized and The Promoter shall assume no liability for the subsequent injury or damage to property.

1.4.The Promoter advises the Participant to use the public transport or taxi services to get to the Event grounds.

1.6. Pets are not allowed in the area of the Event.

  1. RULES OF CONDUCT

2.1. The behavior of The Participant shall observe the rules of conduct, the rule of law rules and the present Termes and Conditions. The Participant should refrain from actions which can threaten or offend in any way the security and rights of others. The Promoter is in no way liable for any damage (material or physical) caused by failure to observe the Terms and conditions and may request compensation from the person guilty of violating it. Inside the area of the arenaThe Participants shall take care and not destroy the environment, including any type of surrounding areas.

2.2. During the concert, the Promoter, the Promoter’s partners or accredited press have the right to record and photograph the event. The Participant acknowledges that it is possible to appear in such material without the rights to make claims on those materials. The Promoter has the right to use said materials, to publish them on various channels and use them in advertising campaigns without compensating for the participant in any way. Participants have the right to film and photograph the areas where they have access, however they shall use said material only for their own viewing. Any distribution of the said materials to the public, whether it be for free or for an onerous is prohibited. There are artists who do not allow recording their show. Given this situation, the Organizer will announce on the Event’s Facebook Page that taking photos and recording videos during that show are completely forbidden.

2.3. The Participant acknowledges that inside the area of the Event it is prohibited to practice in any commercial or advertisement activity without the prior written consent of the Promoter.

2.4. It is prohibited to serve alcohol to Participants under the age of 18 inside the area of the Event. Drug use is illegal and strictly forbidden and will be punished according to the laws in force.

2.5. Outside the area of the event, The Participant shall observe the Romanian law and social conduct rules. It is forbidden to physical or moral endangering others.

  1. LOST OBJECTS

Lost property shall be brought to the Lost & Found area (which will be placed inside the Arena). Owners can recover lost property following a procedure instated by the Promoter which consists of identifying the individual and the lost object. After the event, the Promoter will keep the recovered items for a period of 10 days from the submission to the Lost & Found area and try to return them to their owners.

  1. SECURITY

Pe stadion Organizatorul asigură securitatea printr-un partener calificat şi acreditat să facă acest lucru. În timpul evenimentului, participanţii sunt obligaţi să respecte agenţii de securitate, să colaboreze cu aceştia şi să le respecte instrucţiunile în caz de urgenţă.
În caz de incidente de violență sau de punere în pericol a integrității corporale a altor persoane, personalul care asigură securitatea va putea decide evacuarea persoanelor implicate din incinta în care se desfașoară Evenimentul.

  1. SECURITY

Across the Arena the Promoter provides security through a qualified partner accredited accordingly. During the event, participants undertake to cooperate, within the framework of the legal regulations, with these partners, and to follow their instructions in case of emergency.

In case of a violent incident or the endangerment of the bodily integrity of others, security staff may decide to evacuate the people involved in the incident from the event’s premises.

  1. FIRST AID AND MEDICAL CARE

First aid areas are provided across the Arena, if necessary.

  1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

During the event, products and services are available only in special places (e.g. bar, food court). Participants accept to use as payment for their purchases only payment methods accepted by the Promoter and its partners.
